Anna Kaloida works as After-Sales Support & Maintenance Director of IFSAS SA. With her experience, knowledge and expertise will develop the maintenance sector in order to provide better and higher quality maintenance support.

Started her career in ADT Greece SA as Service & Installation Manager. In 2010 ADT Greece was bought from AGIS Fire & Security, Anna continued her career in AGIS Fire & Security as Service, Installation & CMC Manager and then in BOOS SA as Electronic Security Systems Director.

She is an Electrical Engineer with a Diploma from National Technical University of Athens. She also holds an MBA from University of Surrey, United Kingdom and a MSc in Engineering Project Management from Hellenic Open University. She is a specialist on maintenance management, team building, business development, leadership, operational management, sales management and project management.
