With over 12 years of experience in Facility Management, he has experienced first-hand the impact of new technologies in the workplace. With the introduction of ubiquitous fast connectivity, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, he is certain that our industry will be fundamentally disrupted. He is currently exploring the possibilities of using Augmented and Virtual Reality in the workplace, and how they can converge with existing systems. This convergence is set to bring improved performance, better safety and faster resolution to our problems.
