Mr. Misailidis started his career at Sklavenitis and Therm-o-Forte before joining Adecco as a Commercial Manager. In 2008 he took over the position of Regional CEO in Adecco for Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa with businesses in 17 countries. Under his supervision the company, with more than 70 partners, gained the majority of market share in all 17 countries, enjoying in parallel high levels of profitability.

His duties in IWG is the management of the company in 35 countries, in which IWG expects high growth rates. Big markets, such as China, Japan, India and Australia, where IWG has an extended presence with a wide network of business centers, are included in these countries. It is worth mentioned that areas of major importance for the global economy, such as Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates are under Mr. Misailidis’s supervision.
